A sale this Saturday, new stock on Friday, an open day next week. How to make a flyer, a status post or a banner in your brand's colours, get the words right, and download it ready to share or print.
A graphic is the fastest thing to make in Dawn Studio, and often the one you need most. A website tells people you exist. A status post tells them to come in this Saturday.
Say what it is for
Type what you need in the box on dawnstackai.com. Mention the kind of graphic and Studio makes a graphic, not a website:
A flyer for our shoe shop’s sale this Saturday, 20% off everything. We are on Kampala Road, call 0772 123 456.
A WhatsApp status post announcing new arrivals at my boutique in Dakar this Friday.
Studio then asks two things: what it must say and where you will share it. The second question decides the size:

Get the words right
A graphic is read in two seconds, so every word has to earn its place:
- One message. “20% off everything this Saturday” beats a list of five offers.
- The when and the where. A sale with no date or address sends people to ask you, and some of them will not bother.
- One way to act. A phone number or a WhatsApp number, big enough to read on a phone.
Studio puts in only what you gave it. If a number or a date is missing, it asks.
Your brand, automatically
If you made a website for the same business in Studio, the graphic uses the same colours, fonts, logo and voice. You can also add your logo as a PNG or an SVG, and photos of your products. No photos? Use a free stock photo from inside Studio, or let Studio draw shapes and pattern from your brand colours.
Change it, then download
Ask for changes the same way as for a website: “Make the price bigger”, “Put the logo at the bottom”, “Use the photo of the red shoes”.
When it looks right, press Download and choose:
- PNG to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, or to send to a printer.
- SVG if a designer or a print shop wants a file they can edit and scale.
Graphics are not published to an address. They are yours to download and share wherever you like.
A tip for a busy week
Keep one project per campaign, for example “Saturday sale”, and ask for the next size in the same chat: “Now make a square version for Instagram.” The words and the look stay the same, and you do not have to explain the sale twice.
