A person reads all four. We are small enough that there is no queue and no ticket number, and small enough that we will not promise a response time we have nobody rostered to keep.
Status
The status page reports whether the API is answering and which models responded in the last measured sweep. It carries no uptime percentage, because we do not measure one. We also post incidents to the address on your account while they are happening rather than after they are resolved. If the API is failing for you and you have heard nothing from us, assume we do not know and tell us.
